As one of the founders of Stephens Little Inc., this native New Zealander provides a strategic vision for the company and participates as a very active member in the search and recruitment process. With an MBA in finance and a professional CPA equivalent, Mr. Little previously worked in public accounting and held financial management positions with companies predominately in the manufacturing industry. Relying on his knowledge and insight gained through his experience, Mr. Little understands the needs of his clients and candidates. Through his leadership, the company maintains a focus on strong ethics, delivering quality service and the knowledge that relationships developed are the key to continued success, making Stephens Little one of the leading boutique firms.

David has more than 20 years professional search and contract experience. As Director he is responsible for the management of the Accounting and Finance practice pertaining to both Direct Hire and contract.

Prior to joining Stephens Little, he held positions with national staffing organizations ranging in title from Managing Director, National Director and Area Vice President. This includes extensive experience managing multiple offices and hiring training and mentoring staff. The offices practices included Accounting and Finance and Information Technology.

His also has prior experience as Division Manager in the Consumer Package Goods industry

David holds the designations Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS) and attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University.

Janice Philpott joined Stephens Little Inc. in 2008 as Director of the Human Resources/Sales & Marketing Group.

Janice serves as a strategic partner with her clients by drawing upon her depth of knowledge and experience in the areas of Human Resources and Sales & Marketing. Prior to joining Stephens Little, Janice worked in Human Resources management roles with Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 Companies, Southwest Airlines and Bombardier Aerospace respectively. In addition to her extensive experience in Human Resources, Janice has enjoyed a successful seven year career in Executive Search and Consultation.

Through her consultative approach, Janice listens to her clients’ needs and offers solutions and options to build forward thinking leadership and teams. Janice has sourced, interviewed, evaluated and successfully placed HR and Sales professionals as well as C-level talent on a nationwide basis. She has effectively recruited in a broad range of industries from start-up companies up to and including global operations.

Janice is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and Board Member of Philanthropy of Texas.

Tammie Fleming

Tammie is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in assisting companies build successful staff, field sales and senior leadership teams. She has a history of successfully implementing recruiting strategies in sales and marketing, communications and HR functions as well as project management and administrative/clerical functions. Past clients included major companies in healthcare, manufacturing and distribution, professional services and non-profits. Tammie has conducted searches nationally and targeted searches for specific talent or geographic markets.

Her previous experience includes positions as Sales Executive, Client Relations and Direct Hire Recruiting with one of the nation’s top recruiting firms. She also has over 15 years in sales leadership and sales & marketing roles with Kimberly Clark, Cintas Corporation and Aramark. This includes a long history of developing key strategic partnerships, cultivating existing business relationships and exceeding new business goals.

Tammie brings a unique blend of leadership, industry knowledge, hands-on experience and business acumen to her role in assisting clients with identifying, acquiring and retaining top-level talent in their respective industries.

She holds a Bachelors degree in Communication and is a member of National Association of Female Executives.
