In addition to our dedicated staffing coordinators, we also offer employee benefits and incentives, including:
- Vacation Pay — To qualify for vacation pay, an associate must work 1,500 hours within a 12-month period. Once qualified, forty hours of vacation will be paid. The amount paid will be determined by the candidate’s average pay rates for the 12-month period.
- Holiday Pay — To qualify for holiday pay, an associate must work 1,200 hours within a 12-month period, as well as 32 hours during the week of the holiday. Paid holidays include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
- Referral Bonus — As a way to show our appreciation for referrals, we offer a cash bonus for every individual referred who works a minimum of 80 hours for Stephens Little. Ask your consultant for details.
