How do I get started?
You can sign up online with Stephens Little. Just click the “Submit Application” button to fill out the online form and one of our consultants will contact you.

Where are most employers located?
For most contract/temporary assignments, employers are located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex.

What qualifications do I need to have?
Necessary qualifications are defined by specific job openings. All jobs require some level of skill in Microsoft Office. Previous work experience in your chosen field is required, but it can be as little as six months in some instances.

If I don’t start working immediately, should I check in with my consultant periodically? How often?
We encourage you to check in twice weekly with your Stephens Little consultant regarding your availability. Also, once you accept an assignment or full-time position, please contact us to update your status.

What do I do in the event that I am ill, etc. and cannot go to work?
Call us immediately if you are going to be unavoidably late, out sick or cannot fulfill your assignment.
