  1. Define Clients’ Objectives and Specifications
    Ensure an understanding of the clients business and culture. Obtain a thorough job description outlining reporting relationships, profile of the desired professional and compensation package. Provide the client with review of the search process.
  2. Identify and Assess Candidate
    While we can identify and confirm potential candidates using our proprietary database and network of contacts, a targeted recruiting process may be required for your specific needs. Upon selection of potential candidates, we conduct in-depth interviews and provide recommendations to the client based on the results of those interviews.
  3. Client Interviews
    Facilitate client interviews of candidates, obtain feedback from both the candidate and client, and conduct in-depth reference checks.
  4. Follow up
    Ensure a smooth transition and client satisfaction with the placement process. Assess any additional feedback.
