Contract-to-Hire gives the company the ability to monitor the work performance of a consultant prior to making a formal offer of employment. Stephens Little Superior works with you to determine an hourly bill rate for the contract period, the number of hours to be worked and/or a conversion fee amount payable once the consultant is converted to the company’s payroll.
